• Flowers: We all know about Blue Borage, but White Borage is another Borage you need in the garden! The flowers are shaped the same, with their star shaped blooms atop attractive furry stems.
• Flavor: White Borage, like Blue Borage, is edible and boasts a cucumber like flavoring. They are the perfect addition to salads and can be used to garnish other dishes as well.
• Growth & Harvest: White Borage herbs will grow to a height of 12 to 24 inches tall and spread 12 to 18 inches wide. They can be harvested in roughly 50 to 60 days from first sprouts appearing.
